Mbali Mafuze
Executive Manager, Head of Custodian Fiduciary Services

Mbali joined The Plexus Group in 2015. After completing three years of articles at Grant Thornton (Durban), Mbali accepted a post at Eskom in 2012. As a retention account specialist, she worked in the Contract Management department. A year later, she joined Sinaphu Accounting Services as a consultant accountant.

Mbali completed a BCom (Accounting) degree through the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2007.

Pamela Mkhize
Trust Administrator

Prior to joining Custodian Fiduciary, Pamela joined Plexus Wealth in 2018 as an Administrator. She has strong administration and customer service skills, honed through her years of experience.

Pamela liaises with clients, trustees and management and arranges meetings for clients with trustees and management. In addition, she ensures the relevant documentation is in place prior to meetings.

Pamela has a National Diploma in Taxation from the Durban University of Technology.

Ezile Zihle
Trust Administrator

Ezlile joined the team in September 2023. Before joining Custodian Fiduciary, she was a Conveyancing Paralegal at a law firm. She currently works as a Trust Administrator for Custodian Fiduciary.

Ezile holds a BCom (Law) degree and Higher Certificate in Accounting Sciences from the University of South Africa. 

Amile Mthembu
Trust Administrator

Amile Mthembu joined Plexus Wealth in December 2024 as a Trust Administrator, bringing with her a background in compliance administration. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of South Africa.

With a strong passion for legal frameworks and regulatory compliance, Amile effectively manages trust administration responsibilities while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. As a member of the Custodian Fiduciary team, she is committed to supporting clients and colleagues in navigating complex trust matters.

Fundiswa Ndlovu
Admin Bookkeeper

Fundiswa joined Plexus Wealth in March 2024 as an Administrative Bookkeeper. She has a strong understanding of accounting and financial operations, with more than three years of experience in this field. She is responsible for collating documents for trusts, such as tax registrations, returns and ad hoc trust administration, as well as invoicing.

Prior to joining Plexus Wealth, she worked as an Accounts Executive in the shipping industry.

She currently holds a National Diploma in Accountancy and certificates in Pastel Partner and Payroll.

Prudence Chili
Receptionist and Administrator  

Prudence joined the Plexus Wealth Group in 2022 as our Receptionist and an Office Administrator. She has a strong aptitude for office administration and customer service through the years of experience. She liaises with our clients on a day-to-day basis. Prior to joining Plexus Wealth Prudence worked for Old Mutual as a Financial Advisor.

She studied Project Management at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.

Zandile Ntshingila
Junior Trust Administrator

Zandile joined Plexus Wealth in June 2025. She holds a Diploma in Sport Management from the Durban University of Technology and has over 10 years of experience in customer service. In addition, she has five years of experience as an Education and Training Coordinator for KwaZulu-Natal Aquatics. Zandile enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds and is deeply passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
